Maintain the vessels in a state of readiness to perform work for customers as needed. Perform work as directed by Captain and/or Mate of vessel and assist Engineer as requested. Job includes pulling and handling heavy lines, wires, and hoses; working on oil and cargo barges; safely making and breaking tow with barges; general vessel maintenance; and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Assist the Engineering Department by maintaining and updating the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Provide project-based support to the Department as necessary. The ideal candidate will be detailed, have experience keeping large amounts of data organized and accurate, and be able to work independently.
Schedule, optimize and coordinate Centerline vessel movements according to customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records and process paperwork to ensure proper billing. Maintain communications with vessel Captains and barge PIC’s regarding change of orders. Assist in developing and monitoring procedures and programs to track company and crew activities.
Provides support for various administrative functions including legal, human resources, accounting, and the executive team. Specifically; interface with operations, safety, human resources, accounting, nurse case managers, insurance, attorneys and other parties to ensure claims processes are followed from start to finish. Ensure compliance is met on state, federal and maritime laws. Analyze and develop the administrative processes and procedures to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Reconciliation of crew travel. Maritime/Jones Act experience preferred.
The Barge Operations Supervisor will be responsible for all Tankerman activities, training, transfer inspections, audits, evaluations and assignments.
Schedule and coordinate workflow for East Coast operational areas. Schedule and coordinate flow of work based on customer orders, establish priorities and availability of personnel, equipment, and resources. Select and schedule marine personnel for tugs and barges. Maintain records, process paperwork to ensure proper billing for services to customers. Maintain communications with vessel Captains and barge PICs regarding change of orders via computer or cell communications. Assist in developing and monitor procedures and programs to track company and crew activities. Dispatch personnel in response to incidents and emergency requests from vessels.
Assist with the daily operations of Centerine Logistics Corp. accounts payable cycle through daily processing of invoices, batch postings, vendor communication, filing, etc. Assist with the month-end process and various close procedures.
A full-time on-site role as a Bilingual Lead Man at 365 Marine & Shoreside Services. As a Lead Man, you will be responsible for tasks such as tank cleaning, maintenance work, hydroblasting, and ensuring safety protocols are followed to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
Monitor the condition and maintain CLA coastal and inland barges. Provide information to Engineering team to develop & maintain capital expenditure budget for the barge fleet, oversee repair & maintenance of equipment, manage purchasing and inventory levels. Develop work scope packages and oversee dry dockings. Monitor compliance of all documentation & regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Acts as second in command of the tug and barge. Must be able to understand and carry out the orders and directions of the Captain. The job responsibilities include loading and discharging multi-cargo barges. Must be prepared to assume command in the event of incapacity of the Captain. Responsible for safely making and breaking tow with barges, handling lines, and wires.
The Class A CDL Truck Driver is responsible for transporting hazardous materials (including waste) in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly those set by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). The driver will operate vehicles to deliver hazardous waste to disposal or treatment sites while ensuring the safety of themselves, the public, and the environment.
As Tankerman Supervisor you will be responsible for manned and un-manned tankerman activities, training, transfer inspections, audits, evaluations and assignments from the Director of USEC Operations and CLA Barge Operations Supervisor.

Produce weekly Operations reports.
Responsible for supporting hiring efforts and recruiting initiatives through full-cycle recruitment. Works with recruiting team and various hiring managers to achieve staffing objectives through evaluating and vetting candidates.
Perform routine maintenance requirements on a fleet of tugs and barges as directed by the General Manager/Port Engineer. Perform inspections of vessels for repair & maintenance standards and procedures. Work with company mechanics as needed.
